As one of the requirements of SCOUTS SA’s highest award, the Springbok Scout, a candidate must lead a patrol on a 2-night hike over at least 30km. To this end, Christopher Park led a patrol on a 38km hike in Kaapschehoop in Mpumalanga. This three-night hike saw our scouts exploring one of the most spectacular hiking venues in the country. Well done to Chris, Jon, Luke and Marcus on completing this challenge.
