Our district’s BP Sunday celebration this year was hosted by 1st Edenvale. 1st Kengray was awarded a Silver Star Troop Award for its efforts last year and Luke and Sabastian received their Patrol Leader Training Unit (PLTU) certificates and badges.
Gilten PLTU is one of the country’s premier youth leadership courses and scouts learn leadership and teamwork and hone their scouting skills on this 10-day long course.
Well done to everyone who received awards!
1st Kengray hosted the Swimming Gala following the BP Sunday celebrations and our troop won – well done boys! A special word of congratulations to the 5 cubs from our pack to swam like champions and flew the Kengray flag high.
